Custom Carbon Offsetting Program Launched


GoodWeave is excited to launch its customized carbon offsetting program for partners. Carbon Clear, one of world’s largest and most reputable carbon management company, has developed a customized carbon off-setting calculator to specifically address CO2 emissions created by shipping rugs.  The amounts paid for offsetting fund development projects, including two very interesting Indian textile projects. Thank you to those partners who helped beta-test the calculator, including emma gardner design. “As a business that strives for sustainability, emma gardner design is grateful to GoodWeave for developing this tool to help us manage our carbon footprint. It’s important to recognize the environmental costs of doing business and try to mitigate them in meaningful ways, such as supporting the carbon-reducing projects Carbon Clear partners with. Company C, Stile BK Co-Brand with GoodWeave


We are pleased to see more and more partner materials coming out with the new GoodWeave brand. Recent GoodWeave sightings include Company C’s 2010 catalog, Stile BK’s Domotex announcement, and NIBA’s website, among others. We also enjoyed hearing about floordesign, Steven King, Odegard and others who sent our holiday cards to top clients with a note about their partnership with GoodWeave.

Here’s a New Year’s resolution worth keeping: Pledge to add at least one new GoodWeave promotional activity to your 2010 marketing plans.
